I want to appeal to Nigerian universities and polytechnics to please note that the National Examination Council’s Senior Secondary Certificate Examination for 2013 will start on Saturday, June 1 and end on July 12 so that their post-UTME test dates won’t clash with the NECO exam as was the case last year.
